Choosing A Fireplace
We understand when looking for a fireplace the whole process can be a daunting experience and you may be unsure where to start.
At Arbon Interiors our aim is to simplify the process. We'll make the transition from having a hole in the wall to having a beautiful feature in the room, as seamless as possible.
We've condensed this process into four simple steps, if you have any questions please feel free to contact us here.
Please also find a small diagram at the bottom of this page with some useful Fireplace terms which might help you when discussing your new feature.
Step 1: Get Measuring
Simply measure the width of the chimney breast or area on the flat wall where you want the fireplace to fill.
Also measure the width, height and depth of the opening in the wall.
Try to be as accurate as you can and feel free to take some photos of the area to bring with you so we can get a better idea of what will work best.
Step 2: Pay Us A Visit
Pop in to our showroom with your measurements and photos for a chat and a browse. We'll listen to all your requirements and be able to show you a range of fireplaces and surrounds that will match your style and budget.
We're happy to advise and to help you in any way we can.
Step 3: We'll Prepare Everything
Once we've helped you decide which fireplace to choose, and you've settled on one. We'll order everything you need for your fireplace including hearths, slips and headers, gas fires etc.
The average lead time is approximately 10 days.
Step 4: Delivering & Installing
Once everything is ready, we will deliver your fireplace to the site and our experienced and friendly fitter will complete the installation, leaving you to enjoy your new fireplace!
